Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Astra Client, its launcher, website, or any associated service (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and DMVDM Studios ("we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Service and uninstall any related software. By continuing to use the Service after any modification to these Terms, you accept the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

Astra Client is designed for use with Minecraft, a product of Mojang AB. You must own a valid, licensed copy of Minecraft to use Astra Client. We do not provide or endorse any unauthorized access to Minecraft or its services.

3. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, DMVDM Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Astra Client strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Astra Client
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code
• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the software in any form
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks within the software
• Use the software in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by DMVDM Studios.

4. User Conduct

When using Astra Client, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the spirit of fair play. You agree not to:

• Use the software to cheat, exploit, or gain unfair advantages on servers that prohibit such modifications
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users of Astra Client or any Minecraft community
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or other users' accounts
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or harmful components through or alongside the software
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party rights
• Impersonate DMVDM Studios, Astra Client staff, or any other person or entity

5. Account and Authentication

Astra Client uses Microsoft authentication to verify your Minecraft account. By using the launcher, you authorize Astra Client to authenticate with Microsoft's services on your behalf solely for the purpose of verifying account ownership and enabling gameplay. We do not store your Microsoft credentials. Authentication tokens are handled securely and in accordance with Microsoft's guidelines.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Minecraft account and any credentials associated with it. DMVDM Studios is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

Astra Client may rely on or integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to Microsoft authentication services. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of these third-party services.

6. Intellectual Property

Astra Client, including its name, logo, design, code, and all associated content, is the intellectual property of DMVDM Studios and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Astra Client name and branding may not be used without prior written permission from DMVDM Studios.

Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB. Astra Client is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang AB or Microsoft Corporation.

7. Updates and Modifications

DMVDM Studios reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue Astra Client or any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may push automatic updates to the software to improve performance, security, or functionality. Continued use of Astra Client after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

We also reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or Discord server. Your continued use of the Service following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Astra Client is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. DMVDM Studios does not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DMVDM Studios and its members, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, Astra Client. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, loss of Minecraft account access, or any other intangible losses.

10. Termination

DMVDM Studios reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to Astra Client at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies in your possession.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DMVDM Studios and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
